How to Sell with Us

We created a space for our customers to resell their crystals and jewelry—whether they’ve outgrown a piece or simply want to give it a new home. Instead of letting your treasures collect dust, you can pass them on to someone who will cherish them.

Selling is easy! Just follow these three steps:

Step 1: Submit Your Listing

Email us at citrinesouthbay@gmail.com with:

• Clear, high-quality photos of your crystal or jewelry piece.

• A detailed description, including the crystal weight, type, size, condition, and any other relevant details.

• Your desired selling price (we can help suggest pricing if needed).

• Your shipping information.

We will review your submission and create the listing for you.

Step 2: Ship to the Buyer

Once your item sells, we’ll notify you via email with the shipping label. You are responsible for securely packaging and shipping the item within 3 business days. Please provide us with confirmation once it is shipped.

Disputes on damaged or lost items must be dealt between buyer and seller.

Step 3: Get Paid

After the buyer receives and accepts the item, you’ll receive your payout via:

• Cash payout: Receive 70% of the sale price via Zelle, Venmo, or another preferred method.

• Store credit: Receive 100% of the sale price as store credit to use on our TikTok live sale or website.
